Volunteering is a great way to support the arts. You can enjoy events and make new friends while helping your community.
Office & Clerical Receptionist - dependable, courteous person to answer phone, greet public, perform light clerical duties. Pleasant smile, neat appearance a plus. Training provided. Weekly 4 hour shifts available.
Marketing - Energetic individuals to distribute flyers, posters, class schedules and other printed matter promoting BAAC activities. Flexible times and days.
Performance Postering - dependable, courteous persons to distribute posters promoting our Performance Series at various locations around Bloomington. Flexible times and days.
Ushers - Conscientious person to supervise theatre admissions. Special training required. View performance free.
Admissions - reliable person to sell tickets and direct theatre goers for Waldron productions or co-productions. Must be able to handle money. Commitment of approximately 1 hour per performance. View show for free.
Arts Fair on the Square- reliable people to assist with in various aspects of this annual show. Volunteers are needed to help with event layout, artist check-in and hospitality, booth sitting, and pre-event planning. Arts Fair on the Square is held on Saturday, June 18th from 10 to 6. Scheduling of volunteer shifts is flexible.
