Policies

Rehearsal/Tech fee:  $60 per 4-hour block of time per rehearsal period or per event set-up/tech period. This rate can only be used for productions taking place at the JWAC.

Rent the Rose Firebay or Auditorium for meetings! Includes tables, seating and limited tech support. Special pricing only available Monday Through Thursday, 9am-5pm

• Rose Firebay -- $75 per three hour block
• Auditorium -- $125 per three hour block

Use of BAAC Technical Services :  Rental fee includes two hours of the Technical Director’s time. Additional tech time is charged at $20 per hour up to 8 hours per day, $30 per hour overtime. 

• Security Deposit : (credit card given, but not processed unless policies/procedures not followed):
• Standard events: $300 
• Events w/ food and beverage: $500 

Piano Tuning :  Renters are responsible for having the piano tuned if they so desire it to be tuned.  In the event that renters would like BAAC to facilitate the tuning of the piano, there will be a $75 fee that will be used to pay a piano tuner. 

Alcohol Policy: Renters wishing to have alcohol must have the appropriate permits and/or licenses and are subject to the same fees as "Catered Events."
