2006-07 Board Meeting Dates
Third Tuesday each month at 5:00pm

Board Committees
Fund Development/Marketing: Oversees the planning, coordination of contributed income; sets annual fund raising goals and strategies; and determines strategies for building audiences and awareness of the BAAC and its programs.

Finance: Develops annual budget; reviews audit; reviews monthly statements; determines cash flow strategies; and monitors debt reduction.

Human Resources: Develops personnel policies, reviews benefits packages, handles staff grievances when necessary, and develops annual staff retreat.

Board Development: Identifies, screens and recommends prospective trustees. Oversees trustee orientation and evaluation of boad service.

Building and Grounds: Monitors the condition of the John Waldron Arts Center  and recommends maintenance, repairs and renovations.

Regional Services: Advises on regional grantmaking, technical assistance, information and referral activities for Monroe, Greene, Brown, Owen and Lawrence Counties.

Performance: Recommends current programming policies to the board and develops plans for future programming, audience development and evaluation.
